FAST – the Falls After Stroke Trial is a four year-study funded by a NHMRC project grant.
The aim of the FAST study is to determine the effectiveness of a home-based, tailored intervention to reduce falls in people who have had a stroke. It is a randomised trial. 370 participants will be recruited over a three year period from Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.

Number of falls recorded over a 12 month period
